I own 6 pairs of Fit Flops and they all fit me really well. However, on this shoe the upper strap near the ankle is much too large. As a result the shoe is sloppy right out of the box. I did order my correct size, the length of the shoe is fine. I love the look of this shoe but not the fit, so I am sending them back.
