I am very choosy about my house slippers (two total knee replacements) and I love these. I got them in both the open- and closed-toe versions, in several colors. This stone color is great, because it works with almost any color of robe or lounger. If you live part of the day in your slippers, I would get these. They do run true to size and width.

I recently ran a half marathon...unfortunately without these shoes. My knees were killing me for weeks after and I researched my heart out until I finally ordered these shoes. Not only have my times gotten better but my knees do not hurt. If you are like me and run heel first, these shoes are perfect. They are comfortable, breathable, and all around supportive. I highly recommend these shoes if you plan to train outdoors.

I like them so much that I'm going to order another color. (I started with the gray.) Funniest part,is that my college daughter, who has just recently realized that comfortable shoes are an asset when walking miles around the campus, came home with the same pair as me on the same day. First off, if you're reading reviews of this product because you're considering purchasing a pair -- I can easily say just do it. These are great, comfy and adorable shoes.



But I'm going to go against popular opinion here regarding going up or down for half-size people. I'm an 8.5 in everything -- boots, flats, pumps, trainers. Against my better judgement -- I followed the advice of other reviewers and went with a size down.



When the shoes arrived I knew instantly that I loved them. However -- I had mixed feelings about the size. They fit -- but they *just* fit. When it comes to flip-flops I like a bit of overhand at the heel. Call it an OCD or whatever, but i like the shoe to extend ever-so-slightly from my heel.



So I wrestled with what to do -- conquer my obsessive attitude and DEAL WITH IT or get a size 9.



Not only did I buy a size 9 -- I bought two pairs in size 9. AND they are PERFECT.



I'm not returning the original size 8, either. I'm going to gift them to my sister who wears a 7.5 -- I just know she'll love these too.

I honestly LOVE theses shoes However I rated it one star b/c I know most people (myself included) only read the negative reviews.



I ordered this pair because I already owned a pair that I purchased locally so size was perfect. I LOVED them SO much that I decided to order another exact pair. I felt safe ordering online through Amazon.



I was shocked that the shoe was WAY TOO SMALL. The box and the shoe both read size 6 which is the same size of my existing pair. I immediately read the negative reviews and came across one who posted the exact same story...and mentioned that they noticed that the two boxes were from two different countries. The reviewer was not specific.



I drove myself to the local athletic shoe store and showed the manager my two pairs of shoes. (the one I purchased their and was a perfect fit and the one from Amazon) I pointed out that my two pairs came from two different countries. I asked the manager to bring out every size 6 they carried. I had 9 boxed brought out and I tried on ever pair.



The 9 boxes came from 3 different countries. China, Vietnam and Indonesia. ALL the shoes from China (including my 1st pair) were all a perfect fit. All the shoes from Vietnam and Indonesia (and my 2nd pair from Amazon) were at least a whole size too small.



Amazon was not able to accommodate my request for a REAL PERSON to cherry pick a pair marked from China, however they were willing to keep returning (at their expense) shoes until I received the correct pair.



I decided to order a whole size up, size 7, sure enough my 3rd pair came from Indonesia and was a fairly good fit. A tad bigger than my original pair, but I was satisfied.



Bottom line...

China=good fit

Indonesia=too small

Vietnam=too small



I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing these great shoes in person if at all possible.

I have very narrow feet and very flat arches. What I need in a shoe is arch support and for it to be tight enough.



These are one of the only pairs of running shoes that I've found that are narrow enough for my feet. I usually have an issue where the front of my foot flops around back and forth because of the width. There is extra room to breathe on the sides, but my feet stay in place fine. Also, they can lace VERY tight if you want them to be tight or if your foot is flatter on top than mine is. I don't have to lace them very tight to be snug in place. Also there is a good solid arch support inside, not super high but definitely there and enough to keep my foot properly balanced and ankle upright.



I am an 8 1/2 generally in most shoes, although tennis shoes sometimes I am a little smaller (on the end of size 8). These fit exactly right in an 8 1/2 which probably means they're a tad fit smaller than some expect.



I definitely wouldn't recommend these for wide feet.



These are super comfortable! Because of my flat feet, being on my feet all day leads to pain in my ankles and knees. I wore these for about an hour the day I got them and my feet were totally happy... the next day I was setting up for an event and walking and standing constantly most of the day and my feet felt great the whole time! It is completely unheard of for me being on my feet that long for my feet to still be happy by the end of the day. Also didn't feel like I had to break them in really as I didn't get any blisters or sores or stiffness. Flexible comfortable shoe.

These are FAKE! I have real TOMS which I purchased from the actual TOMS website and I compared a few things. First, the sizing was WAY off. I wear a 7.5 in real TOMS and could barely squeeze my feet into these. Second, there was visible glue hanging out between the canvas and soles of the shoes. Authentic TOMS would never have glue hanging out like that. Third, the stitching was wide, uneven and coming apart. Finally, if you look inside the shoe where your heel should lie, it says TOMS with a ™ sign following, real TOMS have TOMS and the ® sign following. These are clearly fake and Amazon has accepted my request to return. It baffles me as to how this seller is allowed to continue selling these fakes to thousands of people and Amazon is is doing nothing to stop it.

As far as this orange Aztec Chada Flip Flop goes, when my feet got hot, between my toes turned orange, where the thong part is.

But they are so comfy & cute.

I can't tell you how many FIT FLOPS I own, so comfy. I could walk forever in these shoes, my legs, or feet nor my back get tired. They're all a little big (long & loose), cause I have to order a half sz larger than I wear, but they are so comfy. If they either came a smidgen WIDER or in half sizes, they would be perfect,

I read Daniel Lieberman's "The Story of the Human Body," and decided to take his advice and try minimal shoes. I got these shoes, and for the first two weeks, I wore them walking in the desert. Sounds weird, but these shoes taught me to walk differently. I no longer land with my heel. I walk more as if my feet were bare. Also, because the soles are flexible, they massage my arches. I especially like the way these shoes feel when I walk up or down hill. I bought this second pair of these shoes because I like the ones I'm using now so much.
